Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $16 - $19 /hr

We are expanding and looking to add foundry helpers to our team!

Employee Referral Bonus offered: $1,000

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19. (Preferred)

• Draw smelted metal samples from furnaces or kettles for analysis, and calculate types and amounts of materials needed to ensure that materials meet specifications
• Drain, transfer, or remove molten metal from furnaces, and place it into molds, using hoists, pumps, or ladles
• Prepare material to load into furnaces, including cleaning, crushing, or applying chemicals, by using crushing machines, shovels, rakes, or sprayers
• Controlling Machines and Processes
• Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material
• Performing General Physical Activities
• Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates

• Three years of work experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing setting
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Forklift
• Foundry Environment Experience
• Meets Physical Requirements
• High School / GED
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Shop Math Skills
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
