Job Offering: Competitive Starting Pay - Starting at $16.07/hour (1st Shift) – Opportunity to advance through training, certifications, and performance – Earn up to $21.32/hour at full skill level
Weekly Production bonuses: Productivity bonus team effect driven assistance, productivity, eligible after 30 days eligible for production incentives.
Weekly Production Incentives Eligible after 30 days of employment:
- Department exceeds goal by 5% = +$0.75/hour
- Department exceeds goal by 10% = +$1.50/hour
- Department exceeds goal by 15% = +$2.25/hour
