In this role, you will support production and warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Fill and transfer products into containers of different sizes following production and safety procedures
- Measure and weigh materials accurately to ensure proper product quantities
- Inspect filled containers for leaks and ensure all lids, bungs, and seals are secure
- Clean tanks, pumps, hoses, filters, and other equipment using approved methods and tools
- Operate equipment such as pressure washers, automated tank washers, and forklifts as needed
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and waste materials to designated storage or disposal areas
- Maintain clean and organized production, storage, and yard areas
- Report safety, quality, or production concerns to supervisors promptly
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
- Assist with other production tasks as needed based on training and business needs
To be successful in this role, candidates should be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following detailed safety procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to and follow safety instructions and product labels
- Ability accurately measure and weigh materials
- Ability to lift up to lbs and move heavy containers or drums safely
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and industrial environments
- Ability to wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed footwear
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in paint or chemical manufacturing
This position is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and working hands-on in a production environment.
