Job Summary

Aurora Sinai’s ICU is seeking an experienced or newly licensed RN to join our team of nursing excellence. This role is a commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care while embodying purpose, compassion, and boldness.

    Nights 1900‑0730, Every 3rd weekend rotation, 50% Holiday requirements
  • Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 hourly
  • Night Shift Differential: $5/hr
  • Weekend Differential: $4/hr
Unit Details

This 16‑bed Medical Respiratory ICU provides state‑of‑the‑art care to patients with diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, metabolic exacerbations, and sepsis. The unit also cares for OB patients with conditions such as hypertensive crisis, pulmonary hypertension, and metabolic exacerbations. It offers a robust foundation for nurses interested in advancing to acute care or critical care NP roles.

Career Development

The unit manager and Nursing Professional Development Generalist are experienced Critical Care RNs, creating an environment conducive to growth and development of nursing practice guided by experts in the field.
