Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, and 8 or more years' experience in Quality.
What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? Excellent written/oral communication skills. Experience in Supplier Controls. Must have experience in pharma or device manufacturing.
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? ASQ certification; experience tracking/trending quality data and/or supplier scorecards; experience creating and managing Quality Agreements. Experience using SAP, One Track/SolTRAQs, and Veeva Vault.
Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? M-F, ON-SITE, 40 hours/week.
Manager, Quality Systems
The Manager Quality Systems is responsible for providing quality assurance support for some or all of the following manufacturing processes: pharmaceutical products, medical devices, cosmetics, combination products and biologics. This role will support the strategic direction to ensure business objectives are met. Specific areas of support may include the Document Center, Device QA, Labeling, Validation, Training, Quality Intelligence, This position will also translate strategy into tactical objectives to deliver strategic plans and regulatory updates.
This position will ensure that all product, process or system related quality activities from raw material inspection through shipment of final product are in compliance with Corporate and governmental regulations.
