Kinter is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality functions across PPAP, inspections, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and metrics in a family-owned manufacturing environment near Waukegan, IL.
The role offers a fixed pay range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Candidates with strong backgrounds may be offered salaries toward the high end of the range.
