Quality Technician - Manufacturing | Dimensional Inspection

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality operations in a production environment. This role is focused on dimensional inspection, blueprint reading, use of calipers/micrometers/gauges, in-process and final inspection, and quality documentation
.

This is a good fit for candidates with direct experience in manufacturing quality
, not lab-only, administrative QA, or compliance-only backgrounds.

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints / technical drawings
• Document non-conformances and inspection results
• Support production quality and containment activities
• Escalate defects and quality concerns as needed

• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with dimensional inspection
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

• First article or final inspection experience
• QA/QC experience in metal, plastic, machining, or industrial manufacturing
• Experience documenting defects or non-conformances

This role is intended for candidates with hands-on manufacturing quality experience. It is not a fit for lab-only, regulatory-only, or office-based QA backgrounds without floor inspection experience.
