Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour
. Additionally, the role includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (when required).
