Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll doFill online orders quickly and accurately across all departments.
Dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the process.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked workspace.
Balance online order duties with helping in‑store customers during high‑traffic periods.
