The ideal candidate is outgoing, excited, and enthusiastic about selling a fitness experience to customers of all ages and fitness levels. We are seeking people who are truly passionate about fitness and cannot stop talking about Orange theory Fitness! The Fitness Sales Associate assists in running all front‑of‑house studio operations and is responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance sales indicators, including memberships, renewals, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

• Proactively identifies new leads/prospects for the studio.
• Uses available tools to conduct outreach to leads with a goal of booking at least 50% for a FREE introductory session.
• Converts at least 60% of prospects to new members by providing a best‑in‑class studio experience.
• Conducts telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer‑care calls.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile.
• Actively engages with members to recognize milestones and accomplishments and drive strong retention.
• Accurately follows the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post shift activities).
• Must be willing and able to participate in 1‑2 OTF workouts per week.
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi‑task to successfully perform duties.
• Functional computer skills required.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Shift: Evening shift, Morning shift

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
