Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for our Waukegan, IL area.

Develop and grow customer relationships. Provide leadership, direction and oversight to ensure growth and improved operational efficiency.

• Help develop and execute the Sales Plan for National, Regional and Local customers.
• Utilize Proprietary I.T. for Sales and Route management.
• Effectively lead local management team.
• Develop and foster teamwork, excitement and alignment with company objectives.
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Effectively communicate market conditions to management.
• Effectively communicate performance standards to employees.

• 5+ years of progressively responsible management in CPG/DSD.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong customer development and relationship skills.
• Strong sales and operations skills.

BS/BA in Business or related field (preferred).
