Surveillance Operator

Job Details

We are seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor live and recorded video feeds throughout the casino, reporting suspicious activities or policy violations. Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and other departments to resolve incidents objectively. Maintain accurate logs and handle sensitive information confidentially. Work effectively in a team to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage and support casino operations as assigned.

As a Surveillance Operator, you will monitor live and recorded video feeds throughout the casino, reporting any suspicious activities or policy violations. Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and other departments to resolve incidents objectively. Maintain accurate logs and handle sensitive information confidentially. Work effectively in a team to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage and support casino operations as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basics of Microsoft Office (required)
• Basic computer skills (required)
• CCTV (preferred)

• Sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or move approximately 25 pounds or more at a time.

Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
