Ciancio Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Remodel Carpenter to join our team full-time, based in Lake Bluff, IL and serving predominantly the North Shore area. We offer a competitive pay range of $25 - $50 per hour. The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Must be skilled in residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general home renovation projects
- Must have experience with customer service
- Own tools a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus — we highly value the ability to communicate with our full team and client base
THE ROLE
As a lead carpenter, you will lead various remodeling projects focusing on:
- Interior trim carpentry including cabinetry installation
- Light framing
- Flooring Installation (Tile, Wood, and Vinyl)
- Tile Installation (floors and walls)
- Drywall installation, repair and finishing
- Painting
- Lite plumbing and electrical
- Project supervision
- Ensuring adherence to high standards, and delivering exceptional results that align with our clients' expectations.
- Schedule:
This full-time role is Monday to Friday 8 hours/day 40 hours/week
