Lead Carpenter​/Project Manager

Ciancio Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Remodel Carpenter to join our team full-time, based in Lake Bluff, IL and serving predominantly the North Shore area. We offer a competitive pay range of $25 - $50 per hour. The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Must be skilled in residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general home renovation projects
• Must have experience with customer service
• Own tools a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus — we highly value the ability to communicate with our full team and client base

As a lead carpenter, you will lead various remodeling projects focusing on:

• Interior trim carpentry including cabinetry installation
• Light framing
• Flooring Installation (Tile, Wood, and Vinyl)
• Tile Installation (floors and walls)
• Drywall installation, repair and finishing
• Painting
• Lite plumbing and electrical
• Project supervision
• Ensuring adherence to high standards, and delivering exceptional results that align with our clients' expectations.
