Akima in Illinois seeks an Operations Specialist for on-site work at Scott AFB to install copper and fiber network infrastructure inside and outside campus facilities. You will follow design drawings, assist with deployments, and rack and stack equipment as directed by the Team Lead.
The role requires reading manuals, measuring and installing cables, and maintaining current tech knowledge. Must be a US citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance, able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
