As part of the AEM Co‑Innovation Engineering (ACE) team, you’ll play a critical role in evolving the Adobe Experience Manager product.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Demonstrate your strong customer leadership experience, hands‑on AEM expertise, engineering savvy, and AI‑first mentality to develop innovative core product features that solve real customer needs and demonstrate measured value.
• Envision: Build upon the latest AEM technologies and early‑access features to discover new opportunities to drive measurable value based on deep understanding of customer business use cases and value metrics.
• Iterate & Experiment: Apply an AI‑first experimentation mentality to rapidly iterate on technical proof‑of‑concepts, assessing and validating business value outcomes.
• Lead by Example: Work across product‑area boundaries, share knowledge, and scale expertise within the AEM community internally and externally.
• Code: Hands‑on enterprise software development – build the future of AEM.

• Engineering Technical Depth: Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 15+ years of proven hands‑on experience in full‑stack software development.
• AEM Expertise: Confirmed expertise with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise customer use cases, specifically AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services.
• AI Focus: Strong experience with AI experimentation and solutions; stay ahead of market trends, third‑party models, GPUs, and new AI applications.
• Customer Centricity: Passion for ensuring outstanding customer experiences, focus on excellence and simplicity.
• Innovative Approach: Proven innovation mentality and track record of driving creative solutions to increase value; spot industry trends and evaluate complementary technologies.
• Executive Presence: Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to varied audiences and influence executive partners.
