Overview
Software Application Tester position at Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company. The role is full-time and on-site at Scott Air Force Base. Position Responsibilities- Verification and validation of software via automated and manual functional and non-functional testing
- Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution
- Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation
- Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases
- Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status
- Support adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher
- 3+ years of software testing experience
- 1+ year of automated testing and scripting experience
- 1+ year of Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science with 5+ years of related work experience OR 9+ years of related work experience OR 13+ years of related experience
- Completed STEM Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of software testing experience
- 3+ years of automated testing & scripting experience
- 3+ years of Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
- Software development and Dev Ops experience
- Technical writing experience

The specific programs vary by location and hire date.
Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Summary base pay range $70,000 - $80,000.
