About The Role

Class A CDL truck drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable CDL experience will run dedicated regional routes and return home every week (weekends are not guaranteed). The position is 100% driver unload, meaning drivers place boxes on the conveyor belt and hand them over to store personnel; unloading from the belt is performed by the store team.

• Operate dedicated regional trucks and complete assigned deliveries.
• Unload bags onto the conveyor belt and hand over to store personnel.
• Ride along with a current driver during the first week of training.
• Maintain a clean driving record and abide by DOT regulations.

• Average weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000+.
• Sign‑on bonus of $2,500.
• Pay structure: $0.82–$0.85 CPM, $25 per stop, $245 per trailer unload.
• Training lasts 2 days and pays $150 per day.
• During training, receive $150 per day for about one week.
• Full benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), 1 week PTO in the first year, and more.

• Operations cover IL, WI, IN, and MI.
• Drivers are home weekly, with a minimum of 34 hours per week.

• Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Maximum of 4 jobs in the last 36 months for 6–12 months of experience.
• Maximum of 6 jobs in the last 36 months for 12–24 months of experience.
• Maximum of 8 jobs in the last 36 months for 24+ months of experience.

We do not hire any driver who has ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of whether you have completed a SAP program.
