Falcon Captain; PIC) &P – Waukegan​/Chicago; UGN

As the PIC of a managed Falcon 900C, you will guide owner missions with professionalism and precision, partner closely with fellow crew members, and take pride in the aircraft you both fly and help maintain. You’ll be the standard-bearer for safety, service, and stewardship—representing Airshare with excellence on every leg and every line check.

• Serve as Pilot in Command for complex, dynamic Falcon 900C operations supporting aircraft owners.
• Collaborate with your crew to plan, brief, and execute safe, efficient flights in all operating environments.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance, including instrument-flight and night-landing currency, and complete required competency checks.
• Represent Airshare professionally with owners, partners, and vendors at every touchpoint.
• Devote approximately one-third of your role to aircraft maintenance tasks leveraging your A&P, working in concert with maintenance colleagues to keep the aircraft mission-ready.
• Uphold a strong safety culture, integrity in decision-making, and meticulous attention to detail on the ground and in the air.

• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours.
• At least 500 hours of jet second-in-command time.
• Recent corporate flying experience.
• Current A&P certification and willingness to devote ~33% of working time to maintenance.
• First Class Medical and ATP (ATP Unrestricted or ATP Restricted).
• Meets instrument-flight and night-landing currency requirements; successful instrument competency check in category.
• Falcon 900C type rating and current status strongly preferred.
• Reside within one hour of Waukegan, Illinois (UGN) and the assigned base.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
