Who We are looking for: An individual that can perform all receiving activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distribution of goods. This individual will be responsible receives, stores, issues, deliveries, and accounts for warehouse materials.
What is expected of You:
- Receive, inspect, and count incoming goods against order and specifications;
- Verify against order for correctness and condition;
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department for return of goods;
- Report deviations from order to Purchasing;
- Store materials in Warehouse;
- Fill orders & issue supplies upon receipt of approved requisitions;
- Deliver materials to user department;
- Verify correctness of order with the receiving department and obtain authorized signature on warehouse receiving record;
- Prepare and maintain reports and records as required;
- Respond to request for mail orders, exchanges and other guest relations;
- Responsible for preparation of inventories and conduct periodic spot checks, pre-counts and work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that established inventory procedures are maintained;
- Assist Food and Beverage in delivering food orders into kitchens;
- Ensure warehouse facility is kept clean, orderly, safe, and secure at all times;
- Work closely with Purchasing Department;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Experience You will need:
- High School/GED;
- 1-2 years’ related experience
- 1-2 year’s of forklift experience (Required)
- CDL License (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to handle and move materials.
- May be required to climb ladders or step stools to access inventory.
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms to handle, move, and operate tools or warehouse equipment.
- May be required to operate pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (with proper certification).
Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
Benefits/Perks and Salary:
- 401K matching up to 4% of eligible compensation
- Educational Tuition Reimbursement
$19.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
