- Track kitting execution against timelines and flag capacity or material risks early
- Ensure completed kits are received into Net Suite accurately, and inventory reflects finished goods on hand
- 3-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, or supply chain roles
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system—item setup and inventory transactions are not new to you
- Solid understanding of WMS platforms, inventory control best practices, and cycle counting procedures
- Experience managing inbound freight, drop trailers, and carrier coordination
- Detail‑oriented with an obsession for accuracy—you double‑check your work and then check it again
- Strong communicator who can interface with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams without drama
- Comfortable working on‑site at a 3PL warehouse in a fast‑paced, physical environment
- Bonus points:
CPG or consumer goods experience, familiarity with Bentonville‑area logistics networks
- You don’t wait to be asked—if inventory is off, you’re already digging into it
- You’re the person the warehouse trusts and the one HQ relies on for ground truth
- You treat the Throne Room like your own house—nothing leaves or lands without your knowledge
- You’re organized, proactive, and never let a load sit unresolved
- You thrive in a scrappy, high‑growth environment where no two days are the same
