Our client is looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the accounting team with data reconciliation and reporting activities. This temporary position will focus on extracting data, maintaining Excel reports, and ensuring financial information is accurately coded and reconciled.
Responsibilities
- Run and pull reports from ERP system
- Input and organize data in Excel spreadsheets
- Reconcile data between reports to identify discrepancies
- Research and correct coding inaccuracies
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial information
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
