- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Drive process improvements that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Coach and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 10+ years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience.
- 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
- Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
- CPA or CMA.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing leadership and driving operational improvements.
