Divisional Financial Controller

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Division Controller to serve as a key member of its plant leadership team. This is more than a traditional accounting role, you'll help shape business strategy by partnering with operations to improve profitability, optimize performance, and drive financial results across a high-volume manufacturing facility. • Lead all accounting and financial operations for the division.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations to deliver financial insights that support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• Drive process improvements that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 10+ years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.

• CPA or CMA.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing leadership and driving operational improvements.
