Senior Client Services Representative | Family Office | Wisconsin

This is a broad, hands-on client service role, in a sophisticated family office, for an experienced professional who can oversee the financial, operational, and personal details involved in supporting high-net-worth family members. The position combines accounting and financial reporting with planning coordination, family service, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee personal, trust, and family entity accounting, including cash flow, bill payment, reconciliations, distributions, and financial reporting
• Coordinate closely with attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, bankers, household staff, and other service providers
• Assist with property transactions, financing, insurance, household projects, and other personal financial matters
• Review the work of junior team members and ensure services are accurate, timely, and responsive

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting, family office, private client, or financial administration experience
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or complex family-owned businesses strongly preferred
• Excellent judgment, discretion, organization, and client service skills
