Senior Accountant

CFS is partnering with a well-established construction organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. Salary: $90,000–$110,000 Base

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen accounting procedures
• Play an active role in the company’s ERP upgrade to a cloud-based platform
• Partner with operations on costing activities and related financial analysis related to WIP
• Collaborate across departments to support accurate reporting and business decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Construction industry experience preferred; public accounting candidates with construction or manufacturing clients will also be considered
• Familiarity with ERP systems
