The Senior Service Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all factory field classes, creates schedules, and enters course and student completion data. The Coordinator maintains training classes on websites, processes training orders for all training centers and researches issues that may arise.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
* 4 years of relevant experience

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
* LMS Experience
** Responsibilities:
*** Managing all aspects of the Service Training Classes, includes all factory and field classes and posts on appropriate web sites.
* Maintains accurate course and Tech I.D. training data in appropriate systems.
* Develop and update department reports and format to requested needs for the business.
* Support and backup basic LMS Administrative duties
* Help develop, document and maintain processes for department

*** Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to interact with customers and employees from all levels of the organization
