I opened my agency in May of 2001 and we’ve built a close-knit team of three — with exciting plans to keep growing. Becoming a State Farm agent was a lifelong goal of mine, and I’m proud to be part of a family of agents. Outside of work, I’m a former college softball player and was co‑captain of the Lady Knights softball team. I’m also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club.

Role DescriptionMaggie Bringa – State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
