Educate Pathways is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Administrator to provide front-office and administrative support for our educator certification programs in special education, general education, and educational administration.
This is a hands-on support role focused on customer service, communication, and day-to-day program coordination. The Program Administrator serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and partner school districts, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and smooth program operations.
The ideal candidate excels at managing details, tracking multiple processes at once, and following through consistently. This position plays a critical role in executing established processes, supporting marketing and enrollment communications, maintaining records, and keeping programs running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes some marketing responsibilities including using Canva for digital marketing asset creation, using email campaignplatformsto designemail campaigns,scheduling and posting social media content.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Prior office or administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Experience using a CRM or student information system
- Experience using Canva and email campaign platform
- Guide prospective and enrolled students through the application and enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Manage student records and communications within the CRM system
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up
- Coordinate with partner school districts to secure and track student teaching placements
- Develop, format, and proofread program materials and presentations
- Provide administrative and program coordination support to executive leadership and faculty
- Support internal projects and assist with cross-functional initiatives as needed
- $25–$27 per hour
