Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)

LHH is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join a law firm team in Waukesha, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall success of a collaborative team.
What You'll DoAssist with firm-wide administrative and operational projects
Provide support on basic projects for legal support staff
Assist with marketing events and special projects
Support accounting with administrative tasks as needed
Manage client records, including opening, maintaining, and closing files
Perform scanning, copying, and document management projects
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Assist with drafting, proofreading, and document preparation
Coordinate mailing and distribution projects
Serve as backup receptionist when needed
Postsecondary education preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Basic database management experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Monday through Friday
40 hours per week
Fully on-site position
$55,000 - $60,000
