Product Manager

Working out of our Waukesha WI HQ, you will be part of a growing team in the area of Load Management within our newly formed Residential Division. In this role you will be working on the advancement and integration of smart breakers as well as the continued integration of other residential products such as the Generac/Ecobee Smart Thermostats. Experience in leading or launching products and commercializing solutions is paramount to the success of the candidate in this role.

There could also be some work on end of life planning for other more mature product lines.

• Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
• Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Work Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience including minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management or related fields.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.
• Focused on hands‑on execution and operational management of a specific product area, laying the groundwork for broader product management responsibilities.

Work Experience

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 – 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer‑based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
