The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to effectively navigate the GE Health Care organization, enabling them to escalat[e] deals, obtain deal status, and accelerate cash flow. This role demands exceptional relationship‑building skills and high emotional intelligence to foster strong connections with stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must have robust analytical abilities to synthesize data for precise forecasting. Furthermore, they will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of Docu Sign, ensuring its efficient use by users and driving increased customer penetration.

Roles and Responsibilities- Navigate GE Health Care organization to escalatıve deals and obtain deal status.
- Analyze and synthesize data to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Design and structure Docu Sign for efficient user adoption and increased customer penetration.
- Support the analysis, administration, and tactical support of key processes.
- Coordinate activities during quarter‑end with healthcare, commercial, investment bank, and other internal stakeholders.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others’ options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
- Impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advise management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
- Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and construct recommendations. Use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to arrive at a decision.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of data analytics experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working experience with HCS and HFS technologies including Lease Wave, eOM, Celonis, Docu Sign, etc.
- Proven experience in business operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software.

Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - High emotional intelligence:
