Product Manager

The Product Manager – Residential Power Generation Controls will lead the strategy and execution for next-generation residential control platforms with expanding integration into cloud-connected monitoring, interconnect coordination, and load management services. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for embedded controls and their associated digital ecosystems—translating customer insights, regulatory requirements, and system-level needs into clear, actionable product and software specifications. We are seeking a technically strong product leader with proven experience defining requirements for connected control systems, particularly where physical hardware and cloud services intersect in residential-scale energy environments.

• Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
