Job Details

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager

Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.

Bachelor's degree in construction management

Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
