Salary Range: $63.00/Hr. to $70.00/Hr.
Compensation and benefits for this role are governed by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additional hourly incentives may apply depending on the project. Candidates who are not currently members of the union will be required to join the IBEW upon hire.

The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Site Superintendent is the on‑site field leader responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric Inc.'s (CEI) entire production scope of work on an assigned project. This role entails managing all IBEW personnel on site, ensuring labor productivity, cost control, and the health and safety of all CEI employees. The Site Superintendent may also manage non‑union personnel in matrix roles, such as onsite production support and administrative resources, facilitating seamless workforce integration to meet project objectives.
A strong understanding of the project, including construction drawings, risk, and scope as outlined in the contract, is critical to create an effective execution plan.
Oversee and direct production personnel on site, ensuring efficient labor utilization and alignment with project schedules. Establish strong working relationships with the local union office to verify that all project scopes meet the standards set forth in union agreements. Ensure that all hiring and termination compliance practices adhere to CEI and union guidelines. Guarantee accuracy in compensation for all field employees on site, confirming compliance with both the local union agreement and CEI standards.
Serve as the primary on‑site CEI representative, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. Direct and guide onsite support and administrative resources as assigned, maintaining clear roles and communication channels for all personnel.
Oversee project scheduling ensuring schedule plan aligns with budget and estimate. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary. Monitor and manage labor productivity, ensuring cost‑effective utilization of resources. Implement cost control measures, keeping all work within project budgets.
