This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven construction leader who understands commercial remodeling, tenant improvements, and project delivery—and is ready to take the next step into divisional leadership. We are looking for someone who brings more than construction expertise.

The ideal candidate is a respected industry professional with an established local network, strong business relationships, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and business growth. This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager or Commercial Project Executive who is ready to transition into a department leadership position.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the PD Construction division, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, and commercial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Provide oversight for commercial remodeling and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
  • Support project teams in resolving challenges and maintaining exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, forecasting, job costing, and profitability.
  • Review project financials, estimates, and contracts to ensure sound business decisions.
  • Implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capability to support current operations and future growth.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Existing network of commercial construction contacts throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
  • Experience with estimating, project management, and commercial construction operations.

Why Join Paul Davis?

  • Opportunity to lead and grow an established commercial construction division.
  • Influence strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with an experienced leadership team committed to excellence.
  • Competitive compensation package, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Make a lasting impact on clients, communities, and the future of the organization.
