We're looking for a Site Construction Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and wants to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale mission-critical data center projects. This is a senior field leadership role where you'll have full ownership of jobsite performance—from planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and final commissioning.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $165,000 - $225,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers
- Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams
- Deep knowledge of building systems, including:
- Structural, concrete, and framing systems
- HVAC, plumbing, chilled water systems
- Electrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency power
- Expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
- Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Experience with hyperscale data center builds
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience leading commissioning and startup activities
- Track record of developing future field leaders
