Construction Project Manager – Self-Perform

Job Category:
Project Management

Location:

Milwaukee / Southeast Wisconsin

Company:
The Boldt Company

Anticipated Salary: $92,600 - $121,133

Position Overview

At The Boldt Company, we do more than pour concrete—we build trust, strong teams, and careers grounded in craftsmanship and relationships. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and lead self-perform concrete operations on one of the most unique and technically demanding projects in our region. The initial assignment will be to support a roughly $20M project that involves a self-perform concrete scope.

This project features complex vertical concrete construction using specialized forming systems that require detailed planning, consistent communication, and tight coordination.

This role is perfect for a proven construction professional who values being close to the work and close to the people doing it. You will partner closely with experienced superintendents and field crews on a large-scale vertical concrete project, helping remove obstacles, maintain momentum, and ensure the work is executed safely, predictably, and with pride.

Success in this role is driven by presence, partnership, and problem-solving—not distance. The right candidate enjoys the rhythm of the jobsite, understands concrete means and methods, and builds credibility by supporting the field and honoring commitments.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,600- $121,133 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs.

Our expectation is the that the incumbent will work out of our Waukesha WI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
