Role Description

Hetzel-Sanfilippo, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager (Construction) to join our on-site team in Waukesha, WI. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, budgeting, supervising staff, monitoring construction safety compliance, and ensuring timely project completion within approved scope and quality standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with various team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively oversee teams and coordinate on-site tasks
  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Control for efficient resource allocation and financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction processes and best practices
  • Understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and compliant worksite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
