Anticipated Salary: $92,600 – $121,133 per year

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support and lead self‑perform concrete operations on a $20M vertical concrete project featuring specialized forming systems. The role requires close partnership with superintendents and field crews, removal of obstacles, and ensuring safe, predictable execution.

• 5‑7 years of related experience in self‑perform construction
• Direct exposure to concrete formwork and vertical concrete construction
• Comfort working closely with field crews and supporting hands‑on operations
• Strong working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change management
• Ability to adapt in fast‑paced, changing environments
• Proficiency with construction tools and technology (Bluebeam, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; Navisworks a plus)

Education:

Bachelor’s or better in Construction Management Services or related field.

Experience:

3‑5 years of self‑perform construction experience; 5‑7 years as Construction Project Manager.
