Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in commercial and industrial painting projects for new construction and existing buildings within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee;
Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and performing all necessary prep work before painting;
Apply paint and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns, including HPLV airless sprayers on large industrial projects;
Oversee jobsite setup and cleanup, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are organized, maintained, and safely stored;
Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring work meets specifications, deadlines, and safety expectations
