Job Description
Insight Global is seeking experienced Foremen to support a major data center campus expansion in Port Washington, WI. These individuals will serve as frontline field leaders responsible for directing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring daily work is completed safely and efficiently.
The Foreman will oversee approximately 15 personnel while serving as the primary point of contact between field teams and site leadership. Rather than performing hands-on installation work, this individual will focus on manpower coordination, production oversight, scheduling activities, quality control, and communication with project stakeholders.
Successful candidates will possess strong leadership abilities and experience managing crews in commercial construction, low-voltage, telecommunications, electrical, or mission-critical environments. Data center experience is preferred, but candidates with proven commercial construction leadership backgrounds and the ability to learn quickly will be strongly considered.
Each Foreman will be assigned to a building and support project execution through completion while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
