Thunder Road is seeking a Road Crack Sealing Crew Foreman to lead a field crew on joint sealing projects, supervise operations, and ensure safety and quality. You will coordinate daily tasks, maintain records, and communicate with customers on site.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervising construction crews, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work long hours outdoors. A valid driver's license is required and CDL is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
