We’re looking for a Foreman with a background in bridge construction piledriving responsible for accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours, as well as the management and safety of the personnel on his/her crew and the safety of the public, ensuring regulatory measures are maintained.

Coordinating and supervising activities of one or more crews for construction of a project. Allotting crews to their respective duties and ensuring they have the appropriate training and tools so they can execute their jobs accurately. Assessing the most efficient way to complete a job without sacrificing safety or quality.

• Accurate reporting of materials and equipment usage
• Schedule and coordinate crew activities
• Ensure crew training and tool readiness
• Maintain safety of crew and public
• Adhere to regulatory requirements
• Optimize work methods for efficiency and quality

Projects will vary by location, so reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to any job site is required as needed. The primary focus of this project is located in Hannibal, MO (Northeast Missouri).

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, dirty and dusty environments
• Member of a Local Carpenters/Piledriver Union, or willingness to become a union member required
