Skidsteer Operator

Payne & Dolan Inc., part of the Walbec Group, is offering a Skidsteer Operator position in Southeast WI. The role includes a $500 sign‑on bonus paid at hire and an additional $500 paid after 90 days of employment.

• Operate various power construction equipment safely and efficiently, including skidsteer for milling, grading, and asphalt work.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of experience operating skidsteer.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in dirty, dusty environments.
• Union membership or willingness to become a member; prior membership not required.
