** The Position:
** Under the direction of the Corporate Counsel, the Contract Analyst will review, analyze, edit and negotiate all incoming and outgoing contracts for our family of five companies.

Role and Responsibilities
* Main responsibility will be reviewing, subcontracts, service, access, and material agreements; equipment rental agreements, pre-bid reviews, internal contract templates and other legal contracts and agreements
* Assisting with drafting agreements using standard templates
* Conducting legal and governmental research
** Requirements:
*** Paralegal Degree or Certificate
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
* At least 3-5 years of experience desired

Preferred Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Experience using Docu Sign and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong sense of urgency; good time management and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize competing needs of the legal department while managing a high volume of work
