Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Greater Milwaukee Area)
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year.
My client is a well-established, medium-sized commercial general contractor based in the Greater Milwaukee Area with over 40 years of experience. They deliver high-quality construction projects across healthcare, retail, and corporate facilities throughout the Midwest.

- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and secure necessary permits
- Lead and supervise project teams including superintendents, engineers, and foremen
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract specifications
- Prepare and review project documentation like RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Conduct regular project status meetings and site visits
