Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to help manage outdoor living projects from start to finish.

This role serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle - providing updates, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll work closely with field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and operations leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Communicate daily with clients regarding project progress
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project timelines
• Lead kickoff and planning meetings
• Monitor active projects and help resolve issues quickly
• Work within the ERP system to track project progress and billing
• Support field teams and ensure projects stay on pace and within budget

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
• Organized, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Construction, outdoor living, landscaping or renovation experience preferred
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Typical start time is 6:30 AM
• Combination of office and field work
• Longer hours may be required during peak season
