• Estimate heavy civil and bridge fabrication projects
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Estimate labour, materials, and subcontract costs
• Lead bid reviews with senior leadership
• Prepare change orders
• Coordinate proposals across estimating, detailing, purchasing, and production

This is a senior seat with real influence.

• 8–12 years estimating/fabrication experience in heavy civil/bridge projects
• Ability to interpret AWS, AREMA, AISC COSP, DOT documents
• Strong Microsoft Office + MS Project capability
