What You’ll Own- Estimate heavy civil and bridge fabrication projects
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Estimate labour, materials, and subcontract costs
- Lead bid reviews with senior leadership
- Prepare change orders
- Coordinate proposals across estimating, detailing, purchasing, and production
This is a senior seat with real influence.
What You Bring- 8–12 years estimating/fabrication experience in heavy civil/bridge projects
- Ability to interpret AWS, AREMA, AISC COSP, DOT documents
- Strong Microsoft Office + MS Project capability
If you’ve ever been the “go‑to” person for complex bids, you’ll fit right in.
- $100,000–$130,000 base
- Up to $150,000 for top‑tier relocation candidates
