Now Hiring for a Foreman/Supervisor for a Pool Company in greater Milwaukee (Waukesha) area.

An ideal candidate for our Construction Foreman will have the following traits:
Loves to work outdoors year-round, Has experience leading a crew, Has a positive attitude, Is team oriented, Is Bilingual in English and Spanish

Your role will be leading our construction department to craft an astonishing work of art. Your daily tasks will include troweling, wheeling vermiculite/concrete, and bolting steel walls together. You will be leading a team in the building and renovating of in-ground vinyl liner swimming pools all year round. Loading and unloading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential.

This position includes production per job incentive bonus opportunities.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Pay rate is $34/hour. Benefits include:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Boot Reimbursements, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year of continued employment.

Requirements Include:
Possession of a valid driver's license with clean driving record, Previous Experience Leading a Team, Equipment Operating Experience, Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
