We’re working with a growing developer in Wisconsin that is looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager to join their Owner’s team.

This is a great opportunity for a 3–5 year construction professional with a background in commercial or residential projects who wants to move into an Owner’s-side role and take greater responsibility for the overall delivery of projects.

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Monitor programme, budget, quality and project performance
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day construction activity
• Report progress and risks to senior management
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• 3–5 years’ construction/project management experience
• Commercial or residential construction background
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
• Good communication and contractor-management skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred

Package:
Up to $130,000 + benefits, depending on experience.
