Mini Mill Operator

• Operate several types of power construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate utility milling machines for concrete or asphalt
• Operate skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers, and related equipment
• Work on commercial and industrial construction sites throughout the Midwest

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• A CDL is required
• Minimum of two years previous work experience in asphalt/concrete road milling
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty and dusty environments
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required
• Minimum of one year previous work experience in cold milling machine operation preferred

Demonstrates expertise in operating various power construction equipment, including utility milling machines and skid steers, while ensuring safety and efficiency on commercial and industrial construction sites. Holds a valid CDL and possesses significant experience in asphalt and concrete road milling.
